Shenzhen-based Gionee has made its entry again in the Indian market with the launch of Gionee Max and now the company has launched a new affordable smartphone Gionee F8 Neo in India that is designed to compete against the Samsung Galaxy M01 Core.

Gionee F8 Neo has a 5.4-inch HD+ (720 x 1440 pixels) IPS LCD display, it features a 5MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with LED flash that sits inside the bezels on the top bezels of the device.
It is powered by the UNISOC SC9863A chipset paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB using a dedicated microSD card slot. It offers face unlock for authentication.
It features an 8MP (f/2.0) rear camera with an LED flash on the back.
Gionee F8 Neo has a 3,000 mAh battery with 10W charging support via microUSB 2.0 port that can last “all-day” on a single charge. It includes WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
It comes in with Android 10 running out-of-the-box and it weighs 185 grams.

Gionee F8 Neo has been priced at Rs. 5,499 for a single 2GB+32GB variant in three Red, Blue and Black color options. It will be available on sale in retail stores around India in Diwali festive season.
