I believe you are still celebrating over India’s seventh consecutive victory over Pakistan in the ICC World Cup on Sunday and to make your celebrations more fun Google has brought a new Cricket game called “Tez Shots” to its UPI based Payments app Google Pay (formerly known as Tez) and its giving you chances to earn some money if you play the game.
What is Tez Shots?
Tez Shots is a new Cricket game added to Google Pay app that is a UPI-based Payments app made by Google. Tez Shots works similar to the game you could have possible played on Google Doodle sometimes appears on Google’s homepage.
How it works?
Launch the Google Pay app on your Android phone (currently available on Android only) and you must be using the latest version of Google Pay or the Google Pay version 34.0.001_RC01 and above. If you don’t have the Google Pay app installed in your phone download it from here
Scroll down to the Promotions section, there you will see “Tez Shots” with an icon alongside “Offers” and “Rewards”.
Tap on the icon and then the game starts there you will get the play now button and you will also see your best score, your All India Ranking and your Total score.
Rewards?
For every milestone you reach like scoring 100, 500, 1000 and so on you will get scratch cards that you get when you do a transaction on Google Pay.
Note: Keep in mind that to unlock Scratch cards you need to complete specific transactions like I received a scratch card on reaching 100 runs and to unlock the scratch card I had to do a mobile recharge of Rs. 100 or more from Google Pay.
