Apple has officially announced the new iPhone SE (2022) which looks the same as the iPhone SE (2020) in terms of design keeping the nostalgic iPhone design alive.
The new iPhone SE (2020) has the same 4.7-inch Retina IPS LCD Display with (750 x 1334 pixels) resolution at 326 ppi and up to 625 nits of brightness.
It comes in powered with the latest Apple A15 Bionic chipset which the company says is the fastest chipset and fastest GPU performance for any smartphone at this price range.
Apple iPhone SE (2022) has the same 12MP (f/1.8) single-lens camera setup with PDAF and OIS support. On the front, it offers a 7MP (f/2.2) selfie camera with face detection, HDR and Panorama support.
Apple has not revealed the size of the battery but it mentions that the battery support 18W fast charging (charger not included in the box) and it takes just 30 minutes to charge from 0 to 50 percent, it also offers Qi wireless charging support.
Since it follows the design as the iPhone SE (2020) for security it offers Touch ID, it doesn’t include a 3.5mm headphone jack and there’s no Lightning headphones in the box.
Apple iPhone SE (2022) will be available in three colors: Black, White, and Product Red.
