Amkette has finally launched the EvoFox Gamebox Gaming Console in India that is dubbed to be an affordable gaming console with up to 4K video streaming support.
Amkette EvoFox GameBox comes in powered with a quad-core Amlogic S905X3 Cortex-A55 processor and Mali G31 3D GPU coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of eMMC storage that is expandable using a microSD card slot. It comes in with a six-axis voice enabled remote control and the EvoFox Elite Pro wireless gamepad that offers up to eight hours of battery life.
It comes in with hundreds of preloaded games and offers support to download many more TV compatible games from Google Play, as well as thousands of classic/ retro games. It also offers support for a webcam, mouse and keyboard to use other respective apps.
The company says that the device can upscale 480p, 720p, and 1080p content to 4K and it also supports up to 4K playback at 60fps.
On connectivity it offers dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, an HDMI port, a USB 3.0 port, and a USB 2.0 port.
Amkette EvoFox Gamebox Gaming Console is priced at Rs. 9,999 in India and it is available at an introductory price of Rs. 8,999 for a limited period.
