Apple Inc. has announced that the company will hold an online event on September 15th where the company is expected to unveil new iPhones, a new series of Apple Watch, and some other Apple devices.
The online event will be livestreamed starting at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time)
Every year in the fall season, the Cupertino-giant unveils new devices at the large scale event in its California-based headquarters or another location in Silicon Valley. After Apple’s developers’ conference in June this year this is the second online event by the company due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
At this year’s event, the company is expected to announce four new 5G iPhones and a new Apple Watch series that is expected to be shipped in the holiday season and early 2021.
As per some reports the company has updated the design of the new iPhones with square edges like the current models of the iPad Pro with more screen size options, new colors options and upgraded cameras.
At the event, the company is expected to announce its first Mac powered with Apple’s own processors replacing Intel processors that were unveiled to be under development at the Apple developers conference.
Apple recently became the first company to surpass the $2 trillion market value and the company is currently facing antitrust scrutiny and complaints from App Store developers including Epic Games.
