Billboard Music Awards 2019 was held at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Wednesday. Kelly Clarkson hosted the event and Cardi-B lead the nominations with 21 in 18 categories, but it was the night for Drake who made history with grabbing 12 awards which is the highest in the history of Billboard Awards.
Drake won the Top Artist, Top Male Artist, Top Billboard 200 Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Rap Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album, Top Rap Album, Top Streaming Song (Video) and four other awards. Mariah Carey was presented with the Billboard Icon Award by Jennifer Hudson.
Taylor Swift kicked off the ceremony with an amazing performance of her new song ME! which made a record with most views in 24 hours for a solo artist.
