The Korean Pop sensation BTS (or Beyond the Scene in English and Bangtan Sonyeondan in Korean) smashed the record of most viewed video on Youtube in just 24-hours with their new ‘Boy with Luv’ music video featuring Halsey.
Boy with Luv grabbed 74.6 million views in just 24-hour of release yesterday. Earlier this record was holded by K-Pop female band Blankpink with their ‘Kill This Love’ music video released a week ago which got 56.7 million views surpassing Ariana Grande’s popular break-up track “Thank U, Next” with 55.4 million views.

BTS fandom known as ARMY has also made “Buy with Luv” music video the fastest to reach 100 million views on YouTube in just 38 hours (1 day and 14 hours) while smashing records BTS also surpassed 5 billion streams on Spotify and also became the first K-pop band to perform at Saturday Night Live in America.

The BTS RM (known as Rap Monster) says that the new song is the follow up to the song Boy in Luv from 2014 and describes what love is for them earlier and what it means now and gave the song as a shoutout to ARMY around the globe.
