Avengers: EndGame the final movie of 10 years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe was expected to break all Box Office records like Thanos’ Finger Snap and it has officially become the first movie to pass the $1 Billion in the opening week of the release of the movie.
The Disney owned Marvel Studios grabbed $350 million from the US and $859 million in Box Office around the world. Avengers: EndGame scored the billion-dollar mark in just five days from debut way faster than its predecessor Avengers: Infinity War, which held the previous record in 11 days. The huge numbers collected are part of its release in China which grabbed the same amount as it collected in the US.
All 22 MCU movies have counted for $19.9 billion at the global box office including four Avengers movies collected nearly $6.2 billion. It’s expected that the Avengers: EndGame will surpass the Avengers: Infinity War which collected $2.04 billion when it was released last year and could be a good contest for Avatar which is known as the highest grossing movie worldwide with $2.78 billion.
