SAIC-owned MG Motors unveiled the MG Marvel R Tri-Motor Electric SUV that offers over 400 kilometers of range in Europe.

MG Marvel R Electric SUV comes in with an estimated 70 kWh battery pack (not mentioned by the company) that offers a range of over 400 kilometers (248 miles) on a single charge that generates a combined 284 horsepower and an impressive 665 Nm (490 pound-feet) of torque with the powers with three electric motors (one driving the front axle and two turning the rear wheels).
It offers a top speed of 200 km/h and it can go from 0 to 50 kmph in 1.8 seconds and 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds. The company announced to launch a lower-powered rear-wheel drive only variant that makes 186 horsepower, 410 Nm and a claimed sprint time to 100 km/h is 7.9 seconds.
The company notes that the car comes in with a bundled 11kWh charger and offers DC fast-charging that can charge the vehicle from 0-80% in just 30 minutes.
MG Marvel R includes a 19.4-inch portrait-style screen packed with MG Marvel tech features. It also includes a heat pump that should make the HVAC system more efficient and a 150 liter space in the front trunk and 357 liter space in the rear trunk.
The company have not announced the price of the vehicle yet.
