Vivo X50 Pro+ with Snapdragon 865 chipset and 50MP Quad camera launched

Vivo has officially launched its most-anticipated Vivo X50 series including the X50 Pro+ that features Samsung’s brand new 50MP ISOCELL GN1 1/1.3″ sensor.

Vivo X50 Pro+ specifications:

Vivo X50 Pro+ features a curved glass front and eco-leather back design with an aluminum frame that gives a premium and comfortable in-hand feel for users.

Vivo X50 Pro+ has a 6.56-inch FHD+ (1080 x 2376 pixels) AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 90.6% screen-to-body ratio it also features a punch-hole on the screen that holds a 32MP (f/2.5) selfie camera and an in-display fingerprint sensor which the company says unlocks the device in just 0.29 seconds.

It comes in powered with the Snapdragon 865 CPU and Adreno 650 GPU coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage (UFS 2.1).

The major selling feature of the Vivo X50 Pro+ is the rectangular quad-lens rear camera setup with a 50MP (f/1.9) primary sensor that offers gimbal OIS and Dual Pixel PDAF support, it features an 8MP (f/3.0) super-telephoto lens also known as a periscope-cum-telephoto lens with 5X optical zoom, a 13MP (f/2.5) portrait lens with 2X optical zoom, and an 8MP (f/2.0) ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree field-of-view.

It comes in equipped with a 4,315 mAh battery with 44W fast-charging support and in connectivity, it includes GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and much more.

Vivo X30 Pro comes in with Android 10 running with Vivo’s iOS-like FunTouch OS 10.5 which features Jovi Assistant, Ultra Game mode, (with voice changer and countdown timer), and much more.

Pricing and Availablity:

Vivo X50 Pro+ will be available in three variants starting at 4,998 yuan (~ Rs. 53,000) for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model will be available at 5,498 yuan (~ Rs. 58,000).

The company also offers a dedicated 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model priced at 5,998 yuan (~ Rs. 63,000).

It will be available in July this year in China but the company has not made any announcements for availability in other countruies.

Vivo X30 series is available for pre-order in China and will go on sale from 24th December next week.
