Shenzhen-based Gionee has launched Gionee M3 adding a new device to its affordable M series in China.

Gionee M3 has a 6.53-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 91% screen-to-body ratio and 720 x 1600 pixels resolution with a teardrop notch on the top of the screen that holds a 16MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with 1080p video calling support.
Gionee M3 comes in power with the MediaTek Helio P22 chipset coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage (eMMC 5.1) that is expandable using a microSD card slot.
It features a octagonal-shaped quad-lens rear camera setup which includes a 16MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 115-degree FOV, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor with HDR and Panorama features. It includes a fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device for security and other features.
It has a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W USB-C fast-charging support. It comes in with Android 11 running out-of-the-box and offers Bluetooth 5.0 and Dual-band WiFi support.
Gionee M3 starts at 959 yuan for the base 6GB/128GB variant, while the top variant with 8GB/256GB is available for 1,059 yuan in four black, green, sky, and gray color options in China.
