The 71st annual Emmy Awards 2019 held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California.

Game of Thrones which broke all the past records of most nominations this year won just two awards (Outstanding Drama and Peter Dinklage won the award for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama for his role as Tyrion Lannister) the cast of the Game of Thrones received a standing ovation in honor from the crowd.

Amazon leads the streaming services in the win with its high-rated shows like The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and the new series for Amazon Prime Video (through a partnership with BBC), Fleabag.
